Challenge

How We Helped

Payung Legal conducted a Position Review to establish the basis for the deduction, then prepared a formal appeal letter with supporting documentation. All correspondence with the authority was managed directly, and the client was updated at each stage.

The deduction was reversed within eight weeks of the formal appeal submission. The client received a written confirmation from the authority and a written summary of the resolution from us. Timeline: approximately 10 weeks from initial consultation.
